About ConcreteCanoe.org

Welcome to ConcreteCanoe.org, launched on August 28, 2001 by Team UAH, as their major contribution to the 150th anniversary celebration of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) -- America's oldest national engineering society.

In 2001, Team UAH fielded "SURVIVOR" to win their fifth national title.

Our goal is to allow people that compete in concrete canoe competitions throughout the world to showcase their efforts. At the same time, we hope to educate, interest, and involve our visitors in designing, building, and racing these unique crafts.

If you have something to showcase here, please contact us. Let us know what it is and how you think your contribution should be integrated into our site. -- Simple as that!
